How do I order catering online?

Go to our menus page, and select the menu you wish to choose from.  You can switch between the menus at anytime.

CLICK the ADD button by the item you want - continue until you have created your menu/s.

then CLICK the SUBMIT link on the shopping cart.

Once you SUBMIT your shopping cart order, you will be asked to either "LOGIN" or "ENTER YOUR DETAILS" on page 2/3 of the ordering process.

Click the "ENTER YOUR DETAILS" link.

Once you do this, you will be asked to enter a "PASSWORD" (please remember this for future orders) then you can finialise and send us your first order.

Every subsequent order from then on, you will be prompted to "LOGIN", as we have saved your personal details as above.

In a few days you will have the ability once "logged in" to review past orders, enabling you to see what you ordered and when.

Do you deliver our catering "hot"

As at March 2010 we have now changed our hot delivery criteria to...  catering deliveries valued over $100.00 can be delivered hot "on request".  Hot food arrives in hot boxes/polystyrene containers that allows your food to stay hot for up to an hour prior to service.  So all your food will be hot and ready to serve as required.

Will my food arrive at the time I note on my order?

Due to large delivery demands at peak hours throughout the day, your catering will be catergorised into one of the following delivery schedules...

Hot deliveries
- Hot deliveries may arrive up to 45 minutes prior to the time you have requested,  as noted above the items remain hot in our hot boxes for up to an hour.

Catering required at or prior to 8.30am
- Delivery can be expected at your premise between 7.30am and 8.00am

Catering required after 8.30am or, at or prior to 10.30am
- Delivery can be expected at your premise anytime between 8.30am and 10.00am

Catering required after 10.30am or, at or prior to 1.00pm
- Delivery can be expected at your premise anytime between 10.00am and 12.30pm

Catering required after 1.00pm or, at or prior to 3.00pm
- Delivery can be expected at your premise anytime between 12.30pm and 2.30pm

Catering required after 3.00pm or, at or prior to 5.30pm
- Delivery can be expected at your premise anytime between 2.30pm and 5.00pm

What do I need to do once the catering arrives at my office?

  • All food arrives on platters, garnished and ready to serve.
  • Any items that require heating will be on microwave or oven proof platters - heating instructions are also provided with our delivery.

Do you include serviettes?

Serviettes are provided with all catering orders.

Do you have a delivery fee?

Yes, we have a delivery fee based on 2.5% of the total order price.

Is there a Minimum Spend?

Yes we have a minimum spend of $30.00 per catering delivery.

Do you provide staff to service events/functions?

Yes KPR has staff we call upon to work at our events and functions, these staff area available to service all and any food or beverage requirements for your event. Staff are charged at a minimum fee of $100.00 + GST per waiter (for up to 4 hours).

Can I order catering the same day?

Yes - catering orders can be placed on the same day, however - these must be placed over the phone as we will have a limited number of items available to you.

How do I join the KPR rewards programme?

You will automatically be joined to our programme simply by placing an order. This rewards programme is based on "deliveries" only and is calculated on "paid invoices only". Please refer to our rewards page for full details.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards.  You can also set up an account with us - refer our online account application.

What if you don't have an item I want?

We have a professional team here at KPR and we endeavour to meet your every need. If you have a specific menu item, or dietary requirements, please discuss this with us direct on 499 8180.
