Deluxe Cheese Platter - VIP It is said that Cheese is milk's leap toward immortality! Savour our new gourmet cheese platter and see how true the saying is. Our platter is an assortment of 3 elite cheeses, each with its own unique personality, texture and flavour. Cumin Gouda is a hard, pressed cheese made from full cream milk. It has a fruity sweetness and aroma of hazelnuts flavoured with cumin. In an intercultural twist, we offer this as kebabs with chunks of juicy pineapple. Port Nicholson is a washed-rind cheese, sealed in yellow wax, with a soft and creamy texture. It has a distinctive aromatic yeasty flavour. Mount Hector is basically different from its companions in that it is a goat milk cheese. It begins as soft and chalky but matures to a smooth texture and a nutty mushroom flavour.
