Rewards will be issued to Wellington based clients only.Points apply to "delivery" of catering orders ONLY (functions/events are excluded from accumulating points).

If you reach 1000 points between the 1st and last day of the periods indicated below - your rewards will begin. Points are accrued on a quarterly basis - (i.e. 3 months) and are calculated on "paid invoices" only.

Invoices not paid by the due date, will not be included in the summary calculation. Points are tracked via our accounting system and issued to the person who is making the booking - points cannot be transferred amongst members.

Each dollar spent (excl GST) and accumulated on paid invoices for the periods noted below = 1 KPR Reward Point.Reward periods are... Apr/May/Jun - Jul/Aug/Sept - Oct/Nov/Dec - Jan/Feb/Mar.

The "summary calculation" of points, is calculated after the 20th of the following month in each period. (e.g. Apr/May/Jun - points are calculated on the 23rd day of July, after the Standard NZ, 20th of month trading period).

Points will expire at the end of each quarterly period and cannot be carried over to the next period.

Invoices paid after the due date, will not be eligible to accrue points.
